Today (tomorrow I don't know), I'm a composer, improviser, guitarist and artist-researcher. Searching for my artistic identity is a constant part of my journey as a person and artist.
For many years I studied jazz guitar and grew up inside that community. But over time I understood that what keeps me in music isn't the style. It's the contact: feeling together and creating together as communities.
So today I move across many disciplines that carry this sense like a flag: improvisation, movement, sound.
My research grows from the interest for community, sharing and co-creation within the society I live in.
To answer them, I work on interdisciplinary projects that weave together different arts and realities, in constant dialogue with ensembles and musical projects, improvised and not.
I see music as space art. A fundamental point for me is: how can I compose this space, made of people, emotions, fears and humanity?
