Librarsi

Librarsi was born in Milano in 2022, out of Sara Simionato and Corrado Cerutti's wish to write together, four hands. Their shared taste grew into a septet that looks toward chamber music — mixing jazz, pop and improvised music without settling into a single genre, yet keeping a clear, decisive aesthetic. Light, minimalist themes meet poetic lyrics that echo the spirit of Japanese haiku.

It is research that goes beyond precise musical labelling — the first result of the meeting between the two. The self-titled debut was recorded in Basel and released on Habitable Records (2025).
